Welcome from your hosts, Ron and Pepi.
We came to Wheeler, 10 years ago, and were struck by its beauty, wanting to make our home here.
Ron has been a chef for 35 years, in and around the west, and especially where there are wilderness sports, nature to enjoy and good food and ingredients available. I, Pepi, had been a Seattle-lite for about the same amount of time. Having tiptoed through every aspect of the hospitality industry over the years, I have also owned an environmental engineering company and an art gallery, and taught special education while raising children.
Our vision was, and continues to be, to create a restaurant that is an extension of our home: both in hospitality and quality. We proudly source from local farms and when possible, use organic ingredients. We are chameleons, in that we reinvent on a daily basis, keeping the meals you receive here the freshest and of the highest quality. Enjoy!
